Job Overview
A key member of our district team, the District Team Leader will be responsible for implementing project activities and achieving project targets. This role involves providing technical inputs, developing strong liaison with district departments, and coordinating with team members and management to meet project objectives.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including monthly progress reports and quarterly reports to the district government and advisory committee.
- Provide guidance on district financial matters, ensure monthly forecasts, and manage office equipment and vehicles.
- Supervise a team of program, admin, support staff, and consultants, ensuring effective management and training.

Key Requirements
- Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of databases and ability to develop analytical reports.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communications.

Location
This role is based in Lahore, Pakistan.
