Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to manage our product deliveries, inventory levels, and supplier relationships efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and vendor communications.
  • Liaise with production teams to align supply with demand forecasts and optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office is also required. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, are necessary.


Familiarity with the cosmetics industry and a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices are desirable.
