Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead our AI engineering efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and experience working with large-scale datasets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning models using Python, R, and SQL.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Analyze complex data sets and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT-related field from an HEC-recognized university (4 years).
  • 7-10 years of proven experience as a Senior Data Scientist.
  • IBM Deep Learning Certification preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience working with large-scale datasets to develop machine learning, predictive, forecasting, and optimization models.
  • Proficiency with data querying languages (SQL, Oracle), scripting languages (Python, R), and statistical software (R, SAS, Stata, Matlab).
  • Experience in data extraction, analysis, and communication.
  • Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning methods.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-experts.
  • Skills in building models using machine learning, statistical modeling, and quantitative techniques.
  • Ability to improve existing methodologies and develop new data sources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with business and technical teams.
  • Understanding of business context to develop meaningful analytic solutions.
