This role will involve partnering with top-producing Sales Agents to provide unparalleled support and guidance to clients throughout the home buying and selling process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing listings, coordinating pre-listing activities, and ensuring seamless transactions from contract ratification through post-closing.

In addition to your technical skills and expertise, we are looking for someone with impeccable communication and problem-solving skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of integrity in all aspects of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage listings and coordinate pre-listing activities, including professional staging and photography, contractor/vendor coordination, and property preparation.\
• Support Lead Agents in transaction management, including under contract process, home inspections, lender coordination, and settlement.\
• Maintain CRM daily for all contacts and leads, utilizing CRM for client communications.\
• Coordinate and communicate with industry partners, agents, clients, lenders, home inspectors, and title companies at a high level.\
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure seamless transactions.\
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely follow-up and proactive communication with clients.\
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, clients, and industry partners, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.\
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements, providing insights and recommendations to enhance business performance.\
• Contribute to the development of new business strategies and initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.\
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development, enhancing skills and knowledge to drive business success.\
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.\
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders on real estate-related matters.\
• Assist in maintaining accurate records, reports, and databases, ensuring data quality and integrity.\
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, leveraging expertise and resources to drive results.\
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, developing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.\
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.\

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.\
• Active Virginia Real Estate license.\
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\
