Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee and manage all types of construction activities for various projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including the preparation of IPCs for Civil & MEP and Structural works.
  • Create comprehensive bill of quantities and cost estimates for materials required.
  • Procure all necessary materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
  • Analyze site conditions and prepare document modifications as needed.
  • Forecast material requirements to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Establish and manage project budgets, taking into account various expenses and revenue streams.
  • Design and create accurate drawings (detail/shop) using AutoCAD software.
  • Review, verify, and audit sub-contractor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Evaluate and approve materials for construction, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Analyze rates and costs associated with materials and labor.
  • Present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain expertise in AutoCAD and estimation techniques for diverse projects.
  • Apply knowledge of surveying principles and operate various survey equipment effectively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in supervising new construction and remodeling projects.
  • Thorough understanding of construction methods and technologies, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
  • Familiarity with building code requirements and scheduling methods.
  • Excellent leadership skills, project coordination abilities, and time management capabilities.
