Sr. Full Stack Developer - Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer to lead our development team in creating and enhancing web applications.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and experience in full-stack development to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide a team of developers in building and enhancing web applications.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and efficient web applications using .NET and Blazor.
  • Develop robust front-end and back-end components using .NET and Blazor.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex development and operational issues, providing efficient solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a full stack developer.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming.
  • Expertise in C#, .NET Core, Blazor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of integrating applications with legacy systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
