
Sales Performance and Client Relations Manager

In this role, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will engage with customers, identify their needs, and offer suitable solutions to achieve sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets by developing and executing sales plans that align with company goals.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and pitch ideas to secure new customers.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and recommendations.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasion: Ability to persuade and influence customers to make purchasing decisions.
- Self-Motivation: Self-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
