ERP Configuration Specialist with Advanced Technical Expertise

As an ERP Configuration Specialist with SQL, you will play a critical role in helping organizations streamline their processes and reduce costs. Our integrated Finance/HR/Payroll solutions are designed to make technology work for social benefit organizations, such as nonprofits, school boards, and government agencies.
Responsibilities- Learn the 365 HRP solution to ensure a seamless transition from existing HRP systems.
- Implement Human Capital Management (HCM) modules for various clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, configuring their go-live environments based on your area of expertise.
- Collaborate with consultants to clarify requirements, review configurations, and validate delivery.
- Handoff knowledge of cloud-based HR & Payroll systems to clients.
- Support the implementation team with your tasks.
- Manage multiple tasks proactively.
- Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to log defects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 3 years of experience as an application or configuration specialist, preferably in HR and/or Payroll.
- Ability to write and execute advanced SQL queries.
- Knowledge of complex HR and payroll concepts.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with senior management.
- Experience with SDLC during implementations.
- Ability to interpret raw data for decision-making.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proven project management skills for multiple concurrent projects.
