We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant-Based Ingredients Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks, and implementing quality control measures to guarantee product quality and safety. This role involves working with various stakeholders, including production staff, engineers, and management, to achieve business objectives.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity gains. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will enable you to make a significant contribution to our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to guarantee product quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with production staff, engineers, and management to achieve business objectives and resolve issues promptly.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity gains.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in plant-based ingredients production or a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
