Student Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our education consultancy business.

In this role, you will engage with prospective students and parents to provide detailed information about study-abroad options, assist students in selecting universities and programs based on their interests, academic background, and career goals.

You will follow up on leads, schedule counselling sessions, and convert inquiries into enrolments. Developing strong relationships with students throughout the admission process, from initial consultation to university application submission, is essential for success.

Maintaining accurate records of student inquiries, progress, and feedback using CRM tools is also required. Collaboration with the sales manager and marketing team to develop outreach strategies is necessary to achieve student enrolment targets.

Staying updated on international education trends, scholarship opportunities, and visa requirements is vital for providing excellent customer service and achieving student enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students and parents to provide detailed information about study-abroad options.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, student counselling, or customer service, preferably in the education consultancy sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
  • Target-driven with a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
  • Knowledge of international university admissions and visa processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for managing leads and student records.
