**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager Networks. This position will involve managing network operations and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing network operations and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor network performance, security, and capacity, and recommend enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Supervise and train junior staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in network management with at least 5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the Defense & Space industry is a plus.
