Sr. Full Stack Developer

About the Job:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying web applications using the MERN stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.
  • Debug and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint planning sessions.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience working with the MERN stack.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Redux, Next.js, or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of deployment tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, etc.).
