Job Description:

As an AI automation specialist, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes and increasing efficiency by automating tasks using advanced workflows, custom scripts, and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through collaboration with team members.
  • Develop, test, and deploy efficient automation solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Integrate various tools using APIs and webhooks, including Shopify, Amazon SP-API, Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable, Klaviyo, etc.
  • Monitor and refine automation systems by setting up logging, alerting, and SLA checks.
  • Document and train non-technical colleagues by creating clear SOPs and Loom walkthroughs.
  • Track ROI by quantifying hours saved, cost reductions, and incremental revenue generated by each automation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building workflow automations with n8n; Zapier/Make.com plus is a bonus.
  • Strong grasp of REST APIs, OAuth, and webhook patterns.
  • Excellent English communication skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Self-motivated mindset, bias for action, and comfortable working asynchronously with 2-4 hour overlap to Pacific Time.
