About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager - International Campaign to join our team at Abacus Outsourcing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and campaign management, with a proven track record of success in driving global reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic international marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure unified campaign implementation.
- Coordinate with regional teams to understand local dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Campaign Execution:
- Launch campaigns across diverse channels (digital, print, events).
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful rollouts.
Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets, monitoring expenses and tracking budget utilization.
- Provide regular budget performance updates and insights.
Performance Measurement:
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Leverage insights to optimize future campaigns, aiming for improved ROI.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in campaign management, ideally in an Assistant Manager role or BPO industry.
- Proven experience in campaign creation and execution.
Skills Required:
- Strong cross-cultural communication abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research.
- Capable of managing multiple campaigns and addressing project challenges simultaneously.
- Understanding of cultural differences and their influence on campaign strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
