
Contact Center Agent

This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Main Duties:
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed solutions to customers

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet productivity targets
- Experience:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a contact center or customer-facing role
Job Details:
- Shift Pattern: Night shift (7:30 pm - 5:00 am)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: Rs25,000.00 per month
