The National Telephone Co-op Assn is seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to join our team. As a key member of our network operations team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing PRTC's data networks, including core routers, aggregation switches, data center infrastructure, VoIP networks, security systems, transport networks, and video distribution networks.

This position requires strong technical leadership skills, vendor selection expertise, capital budget planning knowledge, and future technology planning abilities. The successful candidate will provide technical service and support to our Managed Services product line, including designing new customer networks, assisting with research, quotes for new projects, and providing remote and on-site technical support for managed business customers.

To be considered for this role, you must have an associate's degree in computer science or a related field, five or more years of experience in IP network operations, WAN and LAN technologies, and protocols, as well as a current Cisco CCNA certificate or industry equivalents. You should also possess a working knowledge of Ethernet networks, telecom access technologies, carrier Ethernet standards, and wireless technologies.
