
Sales Relationship Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for generating sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
About the Role- Operate as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts.
- Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion by coordinating with internal stakeholders and managing projects within client relationships.
- Communicate client needs and demands to the employer company, while forecasting and tracking client account metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to reach prospective clients, service multiple clients concurrently, and meet deadlines.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients, working closely with staff members to ensure consistent service.
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions and communicate effectively with clients through various channels.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- A polite, friendly, and diplomatic manner, with a good sense of humour and the ability to generate ideas.
- The ability to prioritise and manage several tasks simultaneously, working effectively to deadlines.
- An excellent understanding of client care, with the ability to relate to a wide range of people and thrive in pressured or stressful situations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a track record of success.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.
