Job Title:

Quality Assurance Executive

About the Role:
  • As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality management systems (QMS) and good distribution practices (GDP).
  • This role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and Maintain Quality Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain QMS and GDP procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct Regular Self-Inspections: Perform regular self-inspections and training sessions to ensure optimal warehouse operations, including accurate temperature control and inventory management.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Monitor and maintain accurate records of daily activities, including temperature levels, inventory levels, and stock movements.
  • Prepare Reports and Statistics: Prepare reports and statistics as needed to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage Store Activities: Monitor store activities against receipt and storage plans to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain Warehouse Safety: Ensure the safety and security of materials within the warehouse by implementing effective inventory management and stock control procedures.
  • Prioritize Objectives: Prioritize quality, delivery efficiency, and environmental objectives to drive business success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
