Senior Obstetrician-Gynaecologist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Obstetrician-Gynaecologist to join our team at Aga Khan University Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, conducting thorough physical examinations, investigations, diagnosis, and treatment of common ailments in obstetrics and gynaecology.

Main Responsibilities:

• Attend to patients, visiting clinics for treatment, including their physical examination, investigation, diagnosis, and treatment of common conditions.
• Document the findings and communicate the plan to patients and their families effectively.
• Prescribe medication as necessary, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
• Educate patients on preventive measures to avoid medical problems from recurring.
• Remain updated on infection control procedures and adhere to them consistently.

Key Requirements:

• An MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification, such as FCPS or MCPS.
• A valid license from Pakistan Medical & Dental College (PMDC).
• At least two to three years of clinical experience in developing assessments, intervention planning, and counseling families.
