  • Execute crisis communication strategies, monitoring press coverage and proactively communicating with executive teams.
  • Manage various corporate communications issues by developing strategies, aligning stakeholders, and executing plans.
  • Draft overviews and develop talking points for leadership engagements, key programs, and executive initiatives.
  • Develop briefs for written materials, such as Q&As, press releases, speeches, and interview talking points.
  • Plan and implement initiatives to strengthen reputation and thought-leadership at key forums.
  • Manage social/digital media assets and pages, ensuring they remain relevant and updated.
  • Editorial control and lead the launch and maintenance of websites and social media channels.
  • Report progress on communications and Sustainability agendas to internal stakeholders.
