SAP Service Delivery Lead

At the heart of every successful organization lies a strong IT infrastructure. As an SAP Service Delivery Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our systems, driving business growth through efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Management: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless application management.
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to optimize service delivery processes, drive process improvements, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Change & Communication: Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure a smooth transition to new applications or updates.
  • Demand Management: Prioritize and manage work requests to ensure timely completion, maximizing productivity and efficiency.
  • Documentation & Training: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, providing training and support to users as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Application Lifecycle & Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with application lifecycles, negotiating outage times and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Process Standardization & Innovation: Identify opportunities for process standardization and innovation, driving continuous improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Security & Continuity: Oversee information security, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives to protect against potential threats.
  • Support & Availability: Provide 24/7 support, including shift work if necessary, to ensure maximum uptime and availability of critical systems.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in functional SAP configuration, specializing in MFG SAP PP QM with finance knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of integration with various manufacturing and logistics applications.
  • SAP PP or QM certification preferred; experience with at least 3 SAP implementations.
  • Experience with S4 HANA is a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years of manufacturing domain experience.
  • Proficiency in ticket handling, problem-solving, and transformation of business requests into IT solutions.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally in SAP technologies.
Leadership & Technical Competencies:
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience managing external teams and working with global cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with SAP full cycle implementations, vendor management, SLAs, and ITIL processes.
  • Familiarity with support tools like ServiceNow, ALM, etc.
