Job Responsibilities
  • To provide a safe and reliable plumbing service, it is essential to wear clean and pressed uniforms during working hours.
  • The plumber will be responsible for resolving customer queries related to plumbing work while adhering to proper safety protocols.
  • Before commencing any work, the plumber must inspect the premises to identify the necessary plumbing requirements and inform the operational supervisor.
  • The plumber will install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, fittings, valves, and equipment such as sinks, water heaters, and water softeners.
  • A thorough inspection of plumbing systems is crucial to ensure their safety and functionality.
  • When issues arise with plumbing systems, geysers, kitchen accessories, or washroom accessories, the plumber must troubleshoot and resolve them efficiently.
  • The plumber will be responsible for installing and maintaining water supply systems, locating and repairing any issues with the water supply, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
  • In case of broken drainage lines, clogged drains, or faulty faucets, the plumber will repair or replace them as required.
  • The plumber will purchase spare parts upon instructions from the operational supervisor and operate tools and equipment safely according to established procedures.
  • The plumber's mobile phone must be kept secure, and they are expected to use mobile applications appropriately.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary to interact professionally and politely with customers.
  • The plumber must mark attendance accurately as per job timing and take care of motorbikes by cleaning, repairing, and maintaining them.
  • The plumber is expected to follow traffic rules and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • The plumber will handle payments received from customers and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
