High-Quality Software Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned QA professional to join our team at Creative Chaos. As a key member of our project teams, you will provide expert guidance on business and quality parameters, develop test automation frameworks, and coordinate the execution of manual and automated testing activities.

• Expert Guidance: Provide expert opinion and guidance on business and quality parameters to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Test Automation Framework Development: Develop, enhance, and modify test automation frameworks to meet project needs.
• Test Case Review: Review test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures to ensure adherence to defined standards and procedures.
• Test Execution: Ensure that manual and automated test execution is carried out as per defined standards and procedures.
• Quality Assurance: Manage, support, and coordinate business and QA aspects of software development activities, including requirement analysis and QA of applications.
• Automation Scripting: Develop automation scripts to cover user stories committed for the sprint using diverse tools like Selenium, Java, TestNG, APPIUM, Jenkins, Maven, etc., for regression and performance testing of various releases of the application.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Testing Activity Coordination: Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Professional Growth: Take initiative to learn new things, grow rapidly from constant exposure to innovative ideas, concepts, and patterns, and share findings effectively.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar relevant field.
• Experience: 3-8 years of working experience in Automation testing.
• Automation Testing Tools: Experience in Automation Testing tools like Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, JAVA, etc., data structures, and algorithm design.
• Frameworks: Proficient in frameworks for automation like Junit, TestNG, Xunit, CodedUI, SpecFlow, Pyunit, or custom in-house built frameworks.
• Software QA Methodologies: Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Testing Experience: Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Programming Skills: Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Design Patterns: Expert knowledge of design patterns, multi-threaded systems, and automated unit testing.
• SQL Skills: Strong understanding in SQL and experience in writing SQL queries.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS, and cloud technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Web Service API: Sound experience/knowledge of Web Service API/Rest API.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience in Agile development methodologies, including SCRUM.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English Communication skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical skills.
