Job Description:
">A key role in our organization is responsible for driving sales activities forward. This encompasses membership sales, promotional events, and general administrative tasks aimed at boosting business growth.
">The Sales Specialist will be accountable for promoting and selling memberships to prospective clients, as well as offering renewals and upgrades to existing members along with other revenue streams (Corporate sales, PT training, Nutrition Program).
">The objective is to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales projections.
">The Sales Specialist must possess comprehensive knowledge of products, pricing, and promotional strategies for Facility membership sales.
">They will be required to maintain accurate records using established sales systems.
">The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for implementing the Referral Program, Upselling, and Cross-selling initiatives.
">Accurate entry of customer details, walk-ins, and customer inquiries into software systems is a critical aspect of this role.
">Regular courtesy calls to new members and subsequent monthly follow-ups are necessary to foster relationships and ensure consistent gym usage.
">Key Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
">- Excellent customer service skills, outgoing personality, motivational drive, and friendly demeanor
">Compensation:
">Ranges from $30,000 to $35,000 per annum; salary can be negotiated based on experience and qualifications
