Security Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have an army background and possess excellent security management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the security of all employees and premises at facilities, including CCTV systems, fire hydrants, and regular checks for maximum utilization and compliance with SOPs and company policies.
  2. Lead the Fire Team at Hilal and manage the firefighting team, encouraging frequent fire training and drills.
  3. Guard against pilferage of finished goods and raw materials from factories and take measures to eradicate it.
  4. Confiscate any goods in case of doubt and take appropriate action against those who violate discipline in factory premises.

Requirements:

  • Army background
  • Excellent security management skills
  • Leadership skills to lead the Fire Team
  • Ability to conduct searches of cars and vehicles of employees
