Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a corporate setting, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a sales strategy, resulting in significant revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel required (at least 20% of the time)
  • Motivational speaking experience, with a focus on inspiring and engaging teams
  • Consistent success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators
