Territory Growth Strategy

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Territory Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, identifying opportunities to grow business and expand our market reach.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will conduct regular site visits with your designated Territory Sales Officer/Territory Sales Manager to assess progress, provide guidance, and ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of sales data, ensuring timely fulfillment of monthly targets.
  • Oversee the sales team's structure and operations, ensuring seamless communication, reporting, and collaboration among team members.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing sales team members through targeted training, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with line managers to assign tasks, drive team productivity, and ensure alignment with company goals.
