About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with over a decade of experience in designing, architecting, and delivering customized, scalable, and high-performance solutions for clients across diverse industries.

As a key member of our team, you will be pivotal in developing tailored IT solutions that align complex technical concepts with client goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Solution Design: Develop comprehensive IT solutions for managed and professional services, ensuring seamless integration with client needs and business objectives.
  2. Technical Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including architecture diagrams, specifications, and implementation plans, to facilitate clear communication and informed decision-making.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, promoting effective collaboration and alignment between business and technical teams.
  4. Client Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to define client requirements and design appropriate solutions, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
  5. Proposal Development: Lead the preparation and response to RFI/RFPs, ensuring technical proposals align with client needs and business objectives.
  6. Presentation and Communication: Conduct technical presentations and workshops to demonstrate solution value and capabilities, promoting effective stakeholder engagement and buy-in.
  7. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing expert technical guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
  8. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Proactively identify client needs and provide mitigation strategies for potential challenges, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
  1. Technical Expertise: 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and virtualization, with a proven track record of successfully designing and delivering complex IT solutions for enterprise clients.
  2. Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution, with a strong foundation in computer science or a related field.
  3. Industry Experience: Experience in leading multi-regional projects and delivering impactful solutions across various industries (Oil & Gas, Government, Finance, etc.).
  4. Technology Expertise: In-depth knowledge of private and public cloud technologies, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and IT infrastructure, with expertise in solution design, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
  5. Certifications: VMware Certified Professional (VCP) in Data Center & Network Virtualization, Red Hat Certified System Administrator or similar certifications, and Service Management or similar certifications are a plus.

  1. Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  2. Problem-Solving and Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  3. Client-Focus: Client-focused with a consultative approach to solving business challenges, promoting effective stakeholder engagement and buy-in.
