We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and be able to develop and execute comprehensive strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

  • Develops strategic plans to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and enhance lead generation through various digital channels.
  • Manages and optimizes all digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Analyzes campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also:

  • Maintain and expand our social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content and optimize user experience.
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points to improve user funnels.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
