Are you a driven individual with a passion for business development? Do you have a strong understanding of the recruitment sector and a proven track record of success?
As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the recruitment sector. You will build and maintain relationships with potential clients, conduct market research to analyze trends and client needs, and collaborate with the recruiting team to understand job requirements and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, candidates, and recruitment consultants.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the recruiting team to understand job requirements and client expectations, and to develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and demonstrating our expertise.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite, with experience using these tools to manage customer relationships and track sales performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take ownership of projects.
