About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve the online presence of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement SEO tactics to improve website visibility
  2. Research and track keywords to gain a competitive advantage
  3. Set measurable goals to demonstrate improvement in SEO rankings
  4. Monitor daily performance metrics to build an informed SEO strategy
  5. Collaborate with others to manage SEO strategy
  6. Implement metadata improvements
  7. Perform ongoing keyword research and optimisation for new relevant keywords
  8. Analyse competitor sites and identify areas for improvement
  9. Implement structured data markup to help search engines parse and understand the website's information
  10. Develop link-building strategies
  11. Work with developers to ensure best SEO practices are followed
  12. Make SEO-based revisions on company web pages
  13. Measure and report the performance of all SEO campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent degree in the relevant field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist
  • Hands-on experience in successfully developing and implementing SEO campaigns
  • Competent user of Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Hubspot, etc.
  • Understanding of on-page and off-page optimisation and link building
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven reporting skills
