Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Visual Art Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing visually appealing graphics, illustrations and layouts for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative visual content for social media, websites, presentations, events and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design requirements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
  • Assist in creating video graphics, animations and motion content when required.
  • Analyze visual content performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
  • At least a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, typography and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX basics and web design principles.
  • Ability to analyze design performance and translate insights into improved visuals.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with multiple project management abilities.
