Senior Web Developer Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer Lead with expertise in React.js and React Native to drive the development of high-performance web applications. This role focuses on building reusable components, optimizing performance, and mentoring junior developers while ensuring scalability and usability.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable and efficient web applications using React.js and React Native.
  • Optimize user experience and performance across platforms.
  • Maintain high code quality and enforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers for seamless integration.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in React.js and React Native.
  • Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand).
  • Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Metro).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
