The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the Next-Generation technology stack for ACS, ensuring data management and governance are key drivers.
- Supporting the design, development, and implementation of ACS, working closely with the Digital Transformation Office to create a structured project plan with defined timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Establishing and managing the enterprise architecture framework, covering business, data, application, technology, infrastructure, and security domains.
- Creating and enforcing technology standards, best practices, and quality assurance mechanisms to ensure system reliability and compliance.
- Mentoring and coaching IT personnel to align with internal and external stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or Software Development.
- At least 14 years of progressively responsible experience in technology leadership roles, including 7 years at an executive level in a similar organization.
- Prior experience as a Senior Technologist in a multinational company or large-scale public/private sector enterprise preferred.
- Proven experience in leading major ICT transformation programs.
- Strong ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders to build long-lasting relationships.
- Expertise in solution architecture, including Kubernetes, JSON, APIs, Microservices Architecture, Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep understanding of technology capability models and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) with relevant certifications preferred.
- Professional IT certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, or equivalent are a plus.
- Industry visionary with a passion for technology and innovation.
- In-depth knowledge of web system architecture, design, and development.
- Hands-on experience with complex project management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
