The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and production supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project technical drawings, Single Line Diagrams SLDs, and costing sheets provided by the Estimation and Sales teams.
  • Conduct detailed handover meetings with the Estimation and Sales teams to ensure clear understanding of project scope and cost structure.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to ensure the project design aligns with approved budget and scope.
  • Develop and submit the project schedule to the client in line with contractual timelines.
  • Review and validate design documents; coordinate with the client for approvals, submissions, and any necessary variations.
  • Ensure all client comments and feedback are properly incorporated into the project design by coordinating with the Design team.
  • Verify that all components issued for procurement align with approved designs and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to manage alternatives and design changes, ensuring all modifications are approved by the client.
  • Liaise with the Planning team to ensure accurate scheduling and effective project control measures.
  • Work closely with the Production team and external vendors to resolve any production-related issues affecting project delivery.
  • Coordinate with the client for scheduling and conducting Factory Acceptance Tests FAT.
  • Ensure that all client comments and observations during inspections are addressed and communicated effectively.
  • Manage project delivery logistics and ensure timely delivery in accordance with client expectations.
  • Support the client during installation and commissioning, and address any related issues or after-sales service requirements.
  • Follow up with clients for payments and ensure timely collection of receivables.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Lead the project team to meet defined milestones and ensure successful execution.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
