Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to join our organization and play a key role in developing and implementing our HR strategy.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating HR programs and policies aligned with our company's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Program Management: Develop, implement, and evaluate HR programs that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: MBA degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record of successfully managing HR programs and teams.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Certifications and Training: Certificates or training in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, as well as any other relevant certifications or training.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent event management skills, with the ability to plan and execute successful events and activities.
