Graphic Designer/Developer Position

We are seeking a creative professional to fill the role of Graphic Designer/Web Developer. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of artistic and technical skills, with expertise in designing visually appealing websites and creating impactful marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities- Website Design & Development: Utilize your design skills to create a visually stunning, user-friendly company website with a focus on responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance website performance, speed, and security, resolve technical issues, and implement best practices for SEO and web accessibility standards.
- Plugin Integration: Configure and manage plugins, themes, and custom functionalities to ensure seamless website functionality.
- Creative Content Creation: Develop visually impactful marketing collateral that aligns with our brand identity.
- Collaboration & Adaptation: Work closely with internal teams to adapt creative designs and assets based on project feedback.
- Design Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual identity across all digital platforms, adhering to established branding standards.
- A bachelor's/master's degree or certification in Web Development, Graphic Design or related fields is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in graphic design and web development is required.
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is essential.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Premiere) is necessary.
- Solid understanding of website speed optimization, performance, and plugin integration is crucial.
- Strong knowledge of design and marketing principles, with the ability to create engaging animations and visual content, is required.
