Senior Product Designer Position

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-centered products, with a focus on creating seamless and visually stunning interfaces. They will work closely with the Head of Product and Marketing team to translate broad concepts into tangible designs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design Execution: Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile and web experiences using Figma.
  • Iterative Product Development: Collaborate in scrum/agile sprints, refining designs based on feedback from product, marketing, and user research data.
  • Brand Consistency & Evolution: Work with early-stage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • User Research & Validation: Leverage existing research and collaborate with the Head of Product to identify user pain points, test assumptions, and validate designs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity in implementation.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Mid to senior experience in Product/UX/UI Design (5+ years) with a strong, relevant portfolio.
  • Proficiency with Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design libraries).
  • Understanding of user-centered design processes, from concept to delivery.
  • Demonstrable experience designing for mobile (iOS/Android) and web interfaces.
  • Familiarity with or enthusiasm for AI integrations and short-form video/social platforms.
