Sr Team Lead Web Development

We are seeking an accomplished Sr Team Lead to spearhead our web development team.

Responsibilities include analyzing customer needs and designing applications that meet those needs, communicating with product managers to clarify queries or issues related to software requirements specification (SRS) or customer needs, and exploring, selecting, and utilizing the best possible methods and components for designing and developing systems.

  • Analyze customer requirements and design applications that meet their needs.
  • Communicate with Product Managers to clarify any queries or issues related to SRS or customer requirements.
  • Explore, select, and utilize the best possible methods and components for designing and developing systems.
  • Share information and obtain realistic time estimates from the team for all assigned tasks.
  • Share time estimates with PMO.
  • Timely review code written by reporting resources.
  • Maintain strong liaison with stakeholders for timely reporting of issues or clarifications required.
  • Perform sanity/smoke tests before submitting tasks for QA testing.
  • Resolve issues reported in QA feedback in a timely manner.
  • Takes ownership of assigned resources and projects from inception to delivery.
  • Lead a team, guiding, teaching, and instructing resources to ensure client needs are met.
  • Write efficient, reusable software code for optimal resource utilization and meeting deadlines.
  • Adhere to programming standards and defined SOPs for code standardization.
  • Analyze instrumentation data to understand and resolve issues.
  • Provide support in evaluating, testing, and implementing new tools and technologies.
  • Ensure optimum resource utilization.
  • Submit time sheets on time and update project server status.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
Job Specifications:
  • BSE/BCS degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in web applications development using .NET.
  • Knowledge of HTML 5 is desirable.
  • Leadership and team building skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Able to deliver under tight and short deadlines.
