This position involves developing and implementing infrastructure and deployment pipelines, collaborating closely with development and operations teams, and ensuring seamless deployments, system reliability, and scalability.

Responsibilities:
  • Development and management of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
  • Deployment and orchestration of containerized microservices with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Setting up and maintaining data infrastructure using tools such as Apache NiFi and Spark.
  • Automation of infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Ansible and scripting (Bash/Python).
  • Monitoring of system performance and ensuring high availability using Grafana, Prometheus, and Percona.
  • Management and scaling of distributed infrastructure with a focus on fault tolerance and performance.
  • Identification of potential and existing performance bottlenecks, and creation and execution of mitigation strategies.
  • Automation of deployments across environments while maintaining reliability and security.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Pre-requisites:
  • At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or cloud infrastructure management.
Key Skills:
  • Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and VirtualBox.
  • Expertise in configuring and managing Nginx for web hosting and load balancing.
  • Experience working with distributed datastores and data warehousing solutions such as MongoDB, MySQL, Vertica, ClickHouse, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms, including local cloud providers.
  • Experience with Apache NiFi or Apache Spark for data pipeline automation.
  • Expert knowledge of Linux-based operating systems and system-level troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
