Role Overview:

Territory Manager

The role is responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and expand in-store presence.

This involves driving performance, crafting strategies, and training the team to elevate skills and expertise.

A key aspect of this position is collaboration with other departments to ensure unified support for sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales performance by guiding the team to exceed targets and fostering a culture of success.
  2. Craft and execute field sales strategies that maximise reach and visibility across the territory.
  3. Lead engaging training sessions to elevate the skills and expertise of the field sales representatives.
  4. Dive into sales analysis to steer future strategies and optimise performance.
  5. Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure unified support for all sales initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid background in field sales with a preference for familiarity in consumer goods.
  • Exceptional team leadership with a flair for managing and mentoring.
  • Adept in communication, building strong relationships across levels and fields.
  • Steadfast and goal-oriented, with a history of achieving or outdoing sales benchmarks.
  • Educated to degree level in Business, Marketing, or similar, equipping you with relevant knowledge.
