About Our Marketing Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for building, testing, and optimizing advanced workflows using HubSpot's marketing, sales, and operations hubs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience with marketing automation, CRM data structures, and lifecycle management. As a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop smart workflows, streamline data architecture, and deliver actionable insights through custom dashboards and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub. They will also have demonstrated experience building workflows, custom objects, and dashboards, as well as a strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM data structures, and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, test, and optimize advanced HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing, sales enablement, onboarding, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Create and manage email campaigns, nurture sequences, and behavioral triggers to move leads through the funnel effectively.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects and associations to support complex CRM structures and enhance HubSpot's out-of-the-box functionality.
  • Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for marketing, sales, and executive teams.
  • Maintain a clean, consistent CRM database by defining standards and managing deduplication, property mappings, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with technical team members or third-party tools to connect HubSpot with other platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into scalable HubSpot solutions.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub.
  • Demonstrated experience building workflows, custom objects, and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM data structures, and lifecycle management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, lead scoring, and revenue operations concepts is a plus.
Nice to Have:
  • HubSpot certifications.
  • Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or custom API integrations.
  • Exposure to tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Segment, or Snowflake.
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
