Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the e-commerce operations, driving innovation and growth through effective management of online store performance, customer relationships, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze and optimize online store performance using various tools and systems, including inventory management, customer relationship management, database management, and content management systems.
