Job Title:
Fiber Network Manager

Description:
We are seeking a skilled Fiber Network Manager to oversee the smooth operations of our Fiber network in the region. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handing over and taking over from deployment
- Reduction in cuts
- Managing FMC teams to restore cuts timely
- Implement proactive measures to ensure fault-free communication to valued customers
- Operations and maintenance of optical fiber junction networks, Access Network and Metro Networks
- Ring Completion of Spur Links, MSAGs and other NEs to avoid Network Outages
- Rehabilitation and revamping of Optical Fiber cables
- Relocation of Network in case of civil & pre-Deposited works
- Ensure security and safety of Hand holes, PVC ducts and cables
- Effective utilization of FMC teams and reduce MTTR level less than 4 hours

Requirements:
- Qualification: BS Engineering or B-Tech Honors (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Software, Computer etc)
- Competencies: Understanding Fiber & Network Operations, Fault Management, EHS
