Job Title: Senior UI Designer

A talented and visionary UI/Designer is sought after by our organization to spearhead the creation of intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to bring ideas to life in beautiful and functional interfaces that delight users and drive real results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging, user-centric interfaces using Figma — from wireframes to polished UI screens.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to illustrate solutions.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across platforms and products.

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong command of Figma (auto layout, components, prototyping, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles.
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Ability to interpret complex ideas into clear and intuitive interfaces.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
