Join our team as we seek an experienced and skilled Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of global AP operations.

This dynamic consultancy requires a highly proficient finance professional with a strong track record in resolving complex legacy issues, including supplier aging and historical discrepancies, driving process improvements, and ensuring accurate timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in AP management, deep knowledge of international accounting standards, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global finance and project teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations across all global branches and subsidiaries.
  • Ensure all AP invoices are uploaded timely and accurately by the AP Officers.
  • Lead and execute reconciliation of legacy AP issues, including supplier aging and historical discrepancies.
  • Monitor and maintain the integrity of the AP ledger, ensuring accuracy in posting and classification.
  • Collaborate with finance and project teams globally to streamline AP workflows.
  • Utilize Sage Intacct ERP effectively to manage transaction processing, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and present regular AP reports, ageing summaries, and reconciliation statements to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and internal financial controls.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Master's degree in accounting or a related field; professional certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Finance, with at least 3 years in an AP managerial or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience in multi-entity, multinational environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct ERP desirable.
