Job Description:

We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Naib Qasid in our organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Middle qualification
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in a similar role

Interview Venue:
NADRA Regional Head Office Sargodha, 6-Gulshan Avenue, Link PAF Road Sargodha

Terms and Conditions:
  1. Residents from respective tehsil as per CNIC/domicile will be allowed for test against one location only.
  2. Interested candidates must bring original documents i.e. personal, educational & professional for test as per specified time.
  3. Only female candidates will be considered for female NRCs.
  4. Only shortlisted candidates after qualifying test shall be called for interview.
  5. Employees serving in government/semi-government departments must provide no objection certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
  6. Attested degrees/certificates from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/respective educational boards must be provided at the time of interview.
  7. Select candidate will undergo 6-month probation period, extendable subject to performance.
  8. Select candidate shall provide medical fitness and character certificates.
  9. Appointment is being made against specific NADRA registration centre (NRC); therefore, no request for transfer shall be entertained.
  10. 5 years age relaxation is already included in above age limit.
  11. Electronic gadgets such as mobile phone, smart watch etc. will not be allowed during test/interview.
  12. No TA/DA will be admissible for test & interview.
  13. Females, minority, transgenders and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  14. Sample test is available at https://careers.nadra.gov.pk/ which can be viewed for guidance.
