The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. However, we also welcome applications from candidates with no prior experience but a strong desire to learn and grow.
As a Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for supporting administrative and operational tasks, managing customer service and correspondence, organizing and archiving documents, and assisting in projects and various activities.
