Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media pages of the organization, developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, and communicating with potential clients and trainees for business development purposes.

  1. Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the organization's overall marketing goals.
  2. Manage all social media pages, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  3. Collaborate with senior team members to develop content related to websites, social media, and books.
Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the organization's overall marketing goals.
  • Marketing and Public Relations: Manage all marketing and public relations activities of the organization, including events and campaigns.
  • Business Development: Meet and communicate with potential consulting clients and trainees for business development purposes.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and marketing.
  3. Excellent communication and writing skills.
