Sales Position:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expansion in our courier business division. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and analyzing market trends to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to meet sales targets and expand market share.
- Pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, qualification, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Provide regular business development updates to senior management.
- Owning the client onboarding process from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in courier and logistics, with a proven track record in B2B sales.
- Successful history of developing and executing business development strategies and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data analysis and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-centric approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a technical mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
